Due to high-level personnel transfer, great changes have taken place in today's dynamic Changfeng. the following are the details:
Mr. Hu Wen-ming, the former Chairman of the Board¡¢Secretary of the party committee and President of Suzhou Changfeng Co. was promoted to be minister of Airborne Equipment of China Aviation Industry Corporation¢ñ(AVIC¢ñ) on July 25. Therefore, the leader members of the company also made corresponding adjustment on August 26:
Mr. Song Xi-wu was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board and Secretary of the party committee;
Mr. Zhou Han, the current chief engineer was appointed to the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board and President.

All of the senior officials and representatives of workers had a meeting on August 28, Mr. Liu Si-cheng, one of the top leaders of AVIC¢ñ presided the meeting and stressed that this adjustment was a normal procedure due to the major leader transference. He also gave high appreciation for the efforts made by Mr. Song Xi-wu and Mr. Zhou Han.
During the past five years, Suzhou Changfeng has achieved remarkable progress under the leadership of them: many competitive mechanisms¡¢advanced ideas and concepts¡¢way of thinking have been introduced and further applied by them. Especially, Mr. Song Xi-wu and Mr. Zhou Han tried their best to ensure these concrete and effective measures to be implemented smoothly. And due to their outstanding management abilities¡¢strong sense of responsibility and rich experiences in their respective fields as well as their great contribution to the sustainable development of Changfeng, so the headquarters are confident of them and sure they are qualified for their positions.
Concerning the new leader group, Mr. Liu Si-cheng also gave four suggestions on behalf of the headquarters:
